In addition to the completion of an undergraduate MIS degree at Eller college and the current pursuit of a Masters of CIS degree at BU (expected 2017), I continue to apply and further my skill sets as an IT professional.
From 2013 to 2014, I served as a Systems Analyst at the University of Arizona Health Network where I assisted in an Epic healthcare IT conversion by supporting 6,000 attending and non-attending healthcare providers. During the conversion process, my assigned team participated in system decommissioning and upstream/downstream collaboration.
Currently I serve as a Business Systems Analyst at MetLife, delivering annuity products and system enhancements (automation). I provided the analysis on projects that converted primary and secondary agents on over 50,000 contracts to consolidate commission systems (anticipated an ROI of 1,700%), delivering a strategic firm variable annuity product in five months $200k under budget, and automating a form printing process.
